Paradise Circus is currently regarded by many people as a tired and intimidating part of the city centre that discourages visitors, hinders pedestrian movement and negatively impacts on the surrounding areas.

Our proposals will create safe and welcoming new pedestrian routes to encourage more people to walk around the city centre.
